RADIOLOGICAL ERRORS

Not unexpected that a national Italian review[1] found nearly half the medical malpractice claims against radiologists were for missed diagnosis, commonly of fracture or dislocation.

What is perhaps surprising is that the number of claims for interventional radiology and contrast media injection was a close second.
